This note is for your files and mine regarding my floor problem .
On monday july 18th Wendy from your firm and Duncan from Barrie carpet attended at my unit 24 @ 43 Coulter st. in Barrie to review my squeaky floor .
Brian from Barrie carpet followed up with a phone call and advised that they will try to correct the noise with a special application between the boards of the floor .
They will take the floor apart and do the application and relay the floor down .This special process they advise should solve the noise situation.
They have advised me they will contact me to set up a date to do this work in the near future .
I will advise you of this date when i hear from them The above is for your file .
