Thank you for your letter of
concern regarding the on going repairs at Building 43 Coulter St. Regarding the
wood mouldings: these are called slip joints and are not to be caulked, they
need to be able to move fractionally (expanding & contracting). However they
should be painted, can you advise me if they are?
As for the projects in limbo.
Pratt Service Dept.hasn’t been doing any patching and painting, I believe
touchups have been done by members of the condo board or Bayshore Property
Mgmt and Gary will not be completing them.

Uncompleted projects.
On floor 2 and 3 in the corners
of the walls by the elevator that had cracks formed .
These walls were in the
process of hiding the cracks with wood moldings .[ Which should have
calking also beside the moldings ]
As per always the jobs are not finished in
a timely manner .
This work has been started and not completed .Several weeks
have come and gone and the work is still in a state of limbo .
It was
unsightly to see the Cracks now it is the same with the unfinished project
.
When can we expect to have
Also
paint projects that were to be completed are still not done .Gary is aware of
these and keeps saying it will get done .This project is several months old
.
I think we have been very patient about these projects and they should be
processed through Bayshore ,but there service leaves alot to be desired
.Therefor i am requesting direct through Pratt service for Action As
always we with you a great day and thank you in advance for your usual
good followup .
