Good afternoon and i hope your day is going well .
Just wondering when our LARGE WALL CORNER CRACK  on the third floor of 43 coulter st  3rd floor  beside elevator on other of door way will be fixed  Quite a eye sore and shabby to see.
Also we have a new problem on the third floor also at end of hall , on floor landing facing the parking lot .The floor tiles are moving and need to be glued down so you dont see the wood sub floor beneath.The floor tiles on the first floor at the door entrance to the parking lot are lifting due to excessive water from snow etc  ,this will be a problem later on for sure ,We need that whole entrance area to have  ceramic tiles because this entrance is used ,More than the Front Door  , to 43 coulter st therefor we should have the same tiles in this area as the front door area.
Please let me know your thoughts and answers to the above,
