ATTENTION  THERASA.
Good morning and hope you will have a great day.
Want to report on the work to date on our noisy floors.
Barrie carpet people have been here three time now .
Once to check out the problem,second time to take off base boards and quarter round in master bedroom  on two walls only as a test to relieve stress on floor and relax the floor.
This was left for a week and did not sole the problem.
They returned sept 23 rd and took off the baseboards and quarter round off all walls in every room and cut the baseboards off at the bottom to allow space all round each room for the floors to relax
fully and hopefully solve the problem.
I did not sign off on the work order as we dont know if the work done will solve the problem.Notes were made on the work order and signed by me and the service rep.
Will wait and see if the floors improve .
This report is for your file and mine.
Most importantly the staff from Barrie carpet Benjamine  Andrew    Duncan   Jake and the people from their office Gail and Brian were all very professional and made every effort to assist and solve the problem  >    NOW only Time will Tell      as they are much improved but far from satisfactory .Will wait untill 2011 and the 100 day report to see how it goes .
