Hello

Toilet bowl 2 bolts re 4 bolts.
When people sit to relieve themselves, they sit on the bowl, to perform a natural function, then clean the body afterwards.
they do not stand on seat, or rock them unecessarily, as stated in mail.
If anyone feels these functions can be done with out movement of the body, with bowls with only two bolts please let the rest
of us know. As plumber put caulking down around the bowl at the floor to try n hold it down.
Centre weight when sitting down, is on back of the seat, when releving one's self. 90 per cent of their weight is centered here,
which causes the bowl n tank to move, when one peforms natural function of the body, as only two back bolts hold down the unit,
with out two bolts in the front. Just plumbers caulking.
The bowl was invented to have 4 bolts to hold it properly, who invented a two bolt system which does not hold the front of the
bowl down, cheaper is not always the best way to go. Pratt purchased the  two bolts units, now have a problem, as
profession plumbers must use caulking to hold down the front of the bowl. Which does not do the job properly. They state best
as I can do, do not blame the plumbers.its the equipment Pratt used to save money. I wonder how the plumber feels stating
that to a customer after he leaves knowing he done his best, which is only a bandade, is not what is needed.
If the bowl n tank move, because of two bolt sytem in rear n caulking holding the bowl to the floor, during natural function of the body,
bolts or caulking can come loose, also the water pipes going to the tank is only plastic bolts n these also can come loose. There is 90
units with the same problem, any one of these can come lose with the movement of the of the body doing natural functions.
If water pipes come loose and do any damages Pratt will be held responsible as poor equipment was installed.
