This email is a follow up to our phone conversation from this morning, regarding your kitchen faucet. I spoke with the plumber who installed these faucets at Coulter St.  I described the sound I heard and told him of your concerns with water leaking or spraying. He assured me this would not happen and that you have control of the water flowing out by moving the lever. It will not spray out when the lever is in off position and will not spray out later. The noise I described to him is the o-ring in the base of the faucet and may need some lubrication. The plumber said this will be addressed at Year end, so be sure to list it on the 1 Year Tarion Form.
