As for the north door, I was told that Gary had adjusted something in the door that prevents it from locking each time it's opened ... who knows!!

Welcome back, I will get in touch with you in the next couple days to get repairs set up and in motion.

 

 As for the air in the hallways this will be up to Bayshore Property management (Maria ) to make any changes required regarding temperatures for the common element areas.  Please contact her.  

 

Gary was at the building but he did not have his keys , he was buzzed in by a homeowner, so he couldn’t have unlocked the north door. This also should be brought to Maria’s attention and she will take care of this.

Hi Ramona,

 

Just wanted to let you know that I'm home from vacation and available to start my one-year Tarion report items.

 

I also wanted to mention that our hallways  on the 3rd floor are 90+ degrees with no air circulation.  I believe last year when we had this problem, something was done to cool it off - and I don't mean those industrial fans which just moved the hot air around.  There is absolutely no air circulation and it is uncomfortably hot which may be a serious issue for our older residents.  If this can be issue can be correct,  it would be appreciated by 90 units I'm sure.

 

Lastly, I understand Gary was working here at 41 Coulter in the last day or so - unfortunately he has unlocked our north door and it will not lock now - can you please have him return and fix this.
