Good Morning Tina,
With regard to our phone conversation the other day in
which you mentioned that my door lock would not be repaired until it simply did
not work - I would like to bring to your attention that this door lock was
in fact addressed in my Tarion 30-day form. The conciliation date on this
item is October 13, 2010.

Good Morning,
Further to the completion of the form "Certificate of
Completion and Possession", signed May 10, 2010, the following issues are still
outstanding:
Bedroom #3 - Electric outlet too close to door trim of
HVAC room; needs to be moved to centre of wall area - not useable as it is
now. The 2 door stops in that room need to be removed and trim
repaired as no door can possibly touch them.
Patio doors - latch not installed on lock mechanism - door
does not lock
In addition, the following items require
attention.
- grout breaking up in hall entrance - near bedroom
#3
- telephone jack missing from Bedroom #2; as per work
order #4, signed and paid for January 25, 2010.
- one piece of hardwood floor does not lie flat (in
dining/living room area) - corner sticks up
- kick plate beside right side of stove not nailed
in
- heat/ac vent in bedroom #3 not screwed in
- on occasion, the heat/ac vent in bedroom #1
rattles
- big ding in back of pot/pan cupboard
- deadbolt very stiff - difficult to lock using full
bolt
- I am unable to change position of cupboard shelves - is
there a way to adjust them without taking the doors off?
I assume anything not completed before June 12th will have
to be included in the '30 day list'.
Thanks.
Joanne Irwin
p.s. As mentioned previously - the lighting in the
elevator needs attention - very dark interior.
