Hi Ramona,

I have been watching and have not seen any more leaking to date from this connection.

I do have concerns about all the mold that has occurred in the wall from the leak, and am forwarding a few photos.

I would like all the dry wall with mold removed and replaced from the wall and ceiling.

And while your guy is at my place there is a crack or grout missing between a couple of tiles right at the entrance to my unit, could you have him see what can be done.

Hi Scott;

How are you doing? I wanted to touch base with you, the roof inside & out was checked thoroughly by Dominion but a leak in the bulkhead was detected and we had the plumber in on Fri. Nov. 25/11 to repair this. It has been a week now and I would like to know if you can check and advise if the area is dry. Has there been any further leaking that you may have noticed?

Once I have this information and can then proceed with the repairs and get your bathroom back in order. I’ll watch for your reply.
