How are you today?

 

I was in my laundry / water heater room and found another bubble in the top of the wall with the paint pulling away. Could you call the plumber for me ??

 

Have you found a time for your repair man to come by to fix the hole in the bathroom wall from the last leak ?? I was going to ask, I'm afraid of mold in the wall of the last leak in the bathroom cause it had been dripping since I moved in June. Should not the whole wall come out to verify there wont be a problem later??
