The
new patio door & new frame will be installed on Oct 17th by
TruFix Windows. Bennie will be returning with a helper and it will take most of
the day. He will arrive anytime between 9 &11 am. Pratt Hansen is paying for
the door & installation. This door will be like all other patio doors at
Sunnidale Vistas and it will not be an upgrade. The patio screen door will not
be between two glass doors.
The
integrity of the building’s design must be maintained and everything is to have
a similar cohesive appearance.
Once
the patio door is installed please contact Tarion to cancel your conciliation.
