Can you please let me know where I get my mail and what night garbage night is?  Also is the garbage/recycling area for the eight-plex units available to everyone?  (Just wondering as I have extra cardboard etc. from moving in).
 
As far as all of the work that is still outstanding in my new house... is this the contact for that list or do I just fill out the 30-day Tarion warranty?  (I'm referring to all of the patch marks in my walls, the unfinished granite counter, the runs in the carpet and the paint on the carpet, the baseboard missing under the main bathroom cabinet, the drain spout that is not extended away from the front of the house causing water to seep into the foundation inside of the garage, the scuffed hardwood transition pieces after foyer as well as down to the basement that should be replaced, the unfinished powderoom - cabinet extensions not properly secured, countertop not yet installed/replaced, replaced tile not grouted, etc., etc.) No one has contacted me about these unresolved issues from my PDI and the list of things I need to follow up on (even though I noted them during my PDI) is really disappointing.
