I had assumed that when I was told my place was ready that, that meant all the repair had been completed, as I was told everything would be done before my close date. When I arrived at my place today so excited to finally be able to move in, I was so disappointed to find that the place had not been cleaned, it was very dirty, I have attached a picture of the floor and the hand rail, you can see all the dust. The bathrooms were not any better. Also, I noted a gouge in the flooring by the patio door, this was noted on my inspection sheet. As you can see in the attached picture that an attempt was made to repair this, however the attempted repair actually looks worse that the original gouge! As well there was a hole in the wall inside one of the closets, this was also noted on the inspection sheet, picture attached. I actually found many areas where the Please fix me stickers were still on the walls and nothing had been done. Next I found several areas where there is mud on the carpet, does this wash out? Picture attached. I have a leak in the kitchen, under the kitchen sink. Picture attached. I have a hole in the frame of my patio door. Picture attached. I have a concern about the orangeish colour around the moulding in the bathroom! Picture attached. I am not sure if this is common practice for Pratt to close on a home in this condition, however I find this unacceptable. My Mom and I have spent hours cleaning this today, as I had shown up with a truck full of stuff to start moving in. I am extremely disappointed. If you are not the person I should be speaking to in regards to these issues, please send me the appropriate persons contact info. Sandra Morgan
