Service,
This customer had
their furnace fail on Saturday- Innisfil Air is coming tommorow to fix their
furnace. They came to speak to me about their outstanding issues.
- They still have a
floor transition peice missing from the foyer to the great
room.
- No
screens
- Window in basement
still not secure
- Mirrored sliders
missing in the front entrance (not in the agreement, and not completed by the
site as this changed was not communicated- my fault. the change was made a
long time ago and all semis were to receive mirrored closets and central vac.
rough ins like the fully detached receive)
- Shelf in closet
not secured to wall.
I advised them to
give you guys a call. They are also asking for a different thermostat which I
explained they will not be receiving as they did not pay for
it.
