Hi Teresa:June 25 will be OK to have Malcolm in to do our repairs - We will be in Innisfil at that time, but will be going into Toronto early that day, so make sure Malcolm has our key.

Thanks for your help,

Hello Don and Elaine,

Hope all is well. I will be able to schedule year end repairs on June 25/10 as no dates in May are available. Please confirm.

Re: 2200 Batters Loop , Lot 92L

Hi Teresa:

We have nearly reached the end of our first year at 2200 Batters Loop (how time flies!!).

We have a few problems that still need attention:

Item #

Room/Location

Description

1

Foyer

Ceramic Tile Grout needs repair in front of steps

2

Kitchen

Ceramic tile at entrance from Hallway and Dining Room – Grouting cracked, and first row of tiles move when stepped on. Also crack in grout 2 rows back from Dining Room entrance.

3

Basement

Hairline cracks in basement floor.

4

Garage

Hairline cracks in garage floor.

5

Livingroom

Floor creaks at entrance from Hall in front of buffet.

6

Whole House

Touch-ups throughout where marked (nail pops and drywall cracks)

7

Exterior

Concern re grading and drainage from downspouts from both semi’s draining to driveway – needs channel or other structure to direct water to road to avoid icing of driveways in winter.

8

Exterior

Evestrough downspout splashpads not yet installed, and driveway paving not completed.

9

Exterior

Ever since sod was placed and main shut-off valve was buried, water pressure has been low when more than one tap is on – please check to ensure main shut-off valve is fully open.

We plan to be away until about May 10. We would appreciate it if you could schedule Malcolm to come in to correct these problems while we are away.

Also, Pratt has a large orange truck in the vacant lot across from our house - it is an eyesore, and it has been parked there all winter! Could you please ask someone to get it moved somewhere else. A vacant lot cluttered with construction waste is bad enough, but having to face this old truck for 6 months is a bit much!

If you need further information, we can be reached by e-mail, or at 705-389-3292.

Thanks for your help,   Don & Elaine Hotchkiss
