The cusotmer has an Energy Star home- that is supposed to include a programmable thermostat. By what she told me- she doesn't have that. So I do beleive follow up is required.

Hello,

 

This customer has lost their homeowner information package- I gave them a 30 day list to send to you. I am concerned about something she told me in passing- that there is black residue showing up on a few light switches and on the ceiling above the shower. I told her how important it was to have ventilation in a new home. She told me that her HRV wasn't even plugged in until a week or two ago and she doesn't have the appropriate humidistat and/or programmable thermostat installed since she moved in.
