I talked to Mr. Luan this morning following the letter we sent him in April. We have agreed to put up drywall in the large room in his basement as compensation for the alcove missing from his house. Please drywall the ceiling and walls. This does not include taping, sanding or painting. Do the electrical as well. Also, he is complaining about a gap in the moulding on his fireplace mantel. Can you please have someone look into this.
