  Hello,

I have been living in my new home since March 2009 in Alcona, and I want to ask if the basement window wells outside my house will be left the way they are now, or do they need to be completed at some point? 
Compared to the other houses on my street the window wells do not look finished.

Also, I indicated on the Tarion 1-year forms that there is a problem with one of the basement sliding windows, there is a gap between the window and the frame when the window is closed. No one has looked at this yet.

There are some other questions I have about my house, so if anyone can contact me by phone it would be greatly appreciated.
