The 23 it is. I will look through the list and send the appropriate trade to do the work that the service tech can’t do, as soon as possible. In regard to the front step, I believe that the issue will be rectified once the final grading is done and sod is laid.

June 23rd is fine; one of us will be here all day.  I think we should have been told to call you immediately, rather than wait for the 30-day time - just to get into the queue earlier.

 

Our only urgent need is for the front step to be raised a few inches.  It is so low that it is dangerous to use.  We would appreciate earlier help with this if possible; I'd do it, but it's too heavy for me.
