Hi Ramona,

 

Yesterday, I opened my bedroom window for some fresh air and then couldn't close it last evening - this is the same window that was not working when I first moved in.  Either the building has shifted or something in the window is not working consistently.  It has given me some trouble since I've been here, but I have always been able to eventually close it!

 

Could someone have a look at it - it's not safe for me the way it is.
