I could send our Pratt Service man in on Mon. Dec. 10 he would arrive before 11am. Would this work for you? I will give Yanch another call; generally the trades will leave you a message with their phone number to reply back to. If you do not hear from Yanch please call 705-728-5406 ask for Service Dept. or Kyle. Kyle will set up your repair date. Or send me an email with the dates you will be available and I will pass this on to Yanch.

Morning. I have Tuesday and Wednesday off- but will be away this Wednesday, so unless its early morning and they are gone by 1 p.m. On Thursday, neither of those days can work.
