from Sunview Doors who will be fixing the ‘patio door’. Can you have
Trufix call me to schedule a time to fix the window in the spare
bedroom?

repairs for Manhattan I am glad to her they have scheduled with you. I will look

Hello Ramona… hope all is well with you. As per our
conversation last Friday, I thought I’d send a quick recap of issues that still
need to be addressed in my unit.
1.
Patio Doors – the company called and there
scheduled to come on March 30th, to correct window, as well as
replacing the screen.
2.
Window (spare bedroom) – the screen was put on,
but the window doesn’t close properly. Not sure what the problem is but I
thought I was going to break the ‘crank’ trying to close it.
3.
Painting – the bathroom ceiling/walls still need
to be done, along with the ceiling in the hallway
4.
Floor – they came last week to assess the
problem, but have not heard back as of yet. Hopefully I’ll hear from
them by end of week.
