 I have received and entered your submitted 1 Year Tarion form. Some of the issues are year end drywall which is not warrantable by Tarion. This covers nail pops and cracks in the drywall due to the normal shrinkage & drying of construction material. Please refer to the CPG Article that I have sent as an attachment.

 

 As a courtesy to our Pratt homeowners we have contracted Newport Interiors to schedule and complete these repairs for you. Please be aware that the drywall repairs will not be sanded or painted by the trade, this is the homeowner’s responsibility.
