 I am sorry I have not replied sooner. It took me a day to get a hold of someone at TruFix Windows, they are very busy. I spoke with Marsela and she told me you are scheduled for Tues. May 22nd. She said she had spoken to you regarding this date and she didn’t think that you were scheduled for repairs last week. To be honest;  there may have been a mix up with some of the dates and condo numbers they are so busy and I am always calling them to squeeze another service in..

 

Please let me know if this date is good for you and if you can’t be home I could have them sign out your condo key.

Just remove anything that might get drywall dust on it that’s all we will try to have everything done in 2 days. So the shower will be done in  for 2 days. I have scheduled you in for June the 4th.

Hello Ramona…  thanks for getting back to me. 

 

That is fine for Gary to come and repair the bathroom ceiling on June 4th.  Is there anything that I need to do to prepare for this?   I’m assuming the shower will be out of commission for a few days?

 

Flooring Update;

 

They did come on Monday to repair but I’m totally confused on what they did.  They replaced the transition piece in the living area (laminate and ceramic) which was a surprise, but now it doesn’t match the other piece that it adjoins too.  As well, there is a chip in the transition piece that was just put in, which is against the wall into the laundry room.

 

Plus, they never replaced the transition piece going into the spare bedroom, which was supposed to be done.  Would it be best for me to be here to make sure that things are being done as requested?

 

As an FYI, still waiting to hear from TruFix.

Good Afternoon Marcia’

 

 I apologize for not responding to your email sooner. I have spoken with Wendy and she will not need to come to your condo for a second look at the bathroom ceiling. We would like to book our serviceman Gary to come in and do the repair needed. He is returning to work in mid May after and lengthy sick leave due to an injury.

 

Can we book him for Monday June the 4th this repair will take a few days from start to finish? I will need the painters in after Gary does his repair so I will have them touch up the area in the hallway that was missed, at the same time. TruFix (Dahlia & Marsela) are calling homeowner’s and booking for next week now that parts required are in.

 

I have resent the outstanding work order to Barrie Carpet & Hardwood to find out when they will return and complete the repairs. If I have any further updates I will pass the information on to you promptly.
