Wendy I thought the homeowner knew Cartier was coming in and I also thought Cartier had called homeowner to advise of the schedule date.

 

Does PJ Flooring sub under Barrie Carpet & Hdwd?

 

I will  call Marcia right now to apologize. I will also call Liana about her scheduling , homeowners need to know service date even when there is key access.

 

Though Marcia has given conflicting information; she told trades (Canbarr & Cartier) they can use her key anytime to come in.

Hello Ramona… 

 

I arrived home from work tonite to find a mess in my kitchen and noticed that the cabinet supplier was here to fix my cabinets.  You should be informed that they did not complete the work.  The facing/skin around the dishwasher still needs to be corrected.  Can you please tell me why I was not informed of this visit, since this is the second time this has happened?   As well, is it customary for me to clean up the mess left behind (screws/dust on counter, sawdust all over my deck/glass, etc.)??  It’s definitely frustrating to have to clean your condo after a 13 hour day, before making supper!

 

Secondly, PJ Flooring left me a message a few weeks back to schedule an appointment.  I’ve called them three times but have not heard  back from anyone.  Can you please give me an update on status?

 

Lastly, my ceiling was fixed last week (drywall replaced) and I wanted to know when the ceiling is going to painted?

 

Moving forward, it would be appreciated if I could be notified in advance of contractors who need access to my unit. Look forward to hearing from you at your earliest convenience.

Hi Marcia;

 

Accurate Glass has assured me they are coming to do these shower door installs this afternoon.. However, their tradesman’s vehicle broke down and he was just getting back on the road at 12:10 today. Unfortunately they did not make me aware of this until I called at noon today to see how the shower installs went. I have asked Accurate Glass to call the homeowner’s who have patiently waited this morning and yesterday; to  explain this. I hope she has.

 

Please call or email me, if Accurate Glass has not shown up at your door by 3:15pm today then I will call Aslyn again, I have stressed the  importance of getting these doors installed asap.

I am sorry I couldn’t reply to your email sooner, II was at the Manhattan condos yesterday afternoon. Since I wasn’t here did someone give you a new remote, I did see the one that was left on my desk.

 

1.    The shower doors will be installed tomorrow Thurs Dec.21 in the morning between 8 and 12.

2.    Building access for guests; are you referring to the capability to “buzz guests in “to open the door electronically”? If so, I will have to get back to you on this matter.

3.    As for receiving your mail, you will have to check with Canada Post.

4.    Recycling bins: this is a question for Bayshore  Property  Management ; call Maria @705-722-3700 ext.238 or send her an email to mrasile@bpmgmt.ca

 

I will call you as soon as I can get information on the visitor’s access to the building.

We spoke yesterday about my garage remote not working properly.  My son is going to come up to your office and get a new one since it’s still not working properly.

 

As well, could you answer the following questions for me;

 

1.       Are we on track for my glass shower doors being installed this week?  If so, when?

2.       Building access for guests – when will this be working?

3.       Mailbox – when will we be able to receive our mail?

4.       Recycle Bins – will there be recycling bins for cans/plastic as well?  Currently we just have one for cardboard/paper
