Ramona:  I moved into 39Ferndale apt 412 this is a list of a few things that require attention:

Toilet paper holder in ensuite is to small to hold a roll of toilet paper Some of the shutters do not stay folded when open There is a large chip in the hardwood by the sliding doors Unfortunately the floor got a little scratched I would like to know how I can cover them up Our stove is a slide in and I will need a piece of granite for the back of the stove
