Hi Wendy,
 
I spoke to Marsala from Trufix Windows today regarding a service appoinment. I asked her if she was setting up an appointment to "service" the window or "replace" the window - she wasn't sure and had to check with her boss - she said that they were going to replace the frame and use the existing glass.  I told her to contact your service department to confirm this.  After speaking with Gary he said they were going to order a new window that would be slightly smaller so I am concerned that if they use the same glass will it actually fit.  She said she would call your service dept to confirm and then call me back to arrange an appointment.
 
I wanted to know if you or Ramona have heard from them and what actually will be happening.
