 I have received a Tarion form stating there are still outstanding repairs that are not completed. I am aware of only 2: the deck that has a dented scratched railing with a rust mark on the deck and holes in the brick by the railing. Both trades have been on site for the last 4 weeks and have randomly tried to get access to the deck. I am not sure if you have a tenant but the masons have left a door knocker last week.

 

The trades need to be able to get to the deck through your condo. Can you advise us when this would be possible. The trades are working on site so they can be flexible with times.
