Hi Ramona, 

I still have yet to have my shutters fixed in my mainroom. They were originally installed incorrectly and the installer was supposed to remedy this problem. They replaced the shutters but needed to come back to finalize the installation. They have yet to contact me.

As well, I have a problem with the window in my bedroom. The window will not open properly, i.e. full range of motion and it will not close at all.

Your assistance in this matter is appreciated.
