 The certificate you requested is in the attachment. If you have any problems just let me know. I can always call the trade for you & set up the Year end drywall repairs. Please be advised they will repair all the cracks and nail pops that you request but they do not sand or repaint them. These drywall cracks and nail pops are normal and caused by the natural shrinkage of building materials and not a warrantable issue as per Tarion.  The sanding and repainting is left up to the homeowner.
