Everything on your list of completed items has been fixed from what I can tell, except for the following (see comments for each in red)...
 
 
I look forward to having the items listed above fixed soon, as well as the other outstanding items listed below on July 6th.
 
I will send a picture of chip that has been filled in with puty tonight or tomorrow when I get home.
