Sorry I hadn't responded to your email until today, as I had to wait to get the completed work orders from the tirades that had done work in your condo.

Sunview Ptio doors completed the repairs on the Patio door track by replacing the track and adjusted the door lock and replaced the screen door. repaired the hole in screen 

Cartier Kitchens has done all the repairs requested, 

KITCHEN- - CABINETS-SCRATCHED PANEL WHERE MARKED ON PENINSULA FACING LIVING ROOM. UPPER CABINET FAR LEFT OF STOVE SCRATCHED AT TOP, ADJUST ALL CABINETS. COUNTER TOP CHIPPED TO LEFT OF STOVE

KITCHEN- - COUNTERTOPS-COUNTERTOP NOT SECURED TO END PANEL **completed by trade- June 11/12**

Main Bathroom- Cabinets - Kitchen & Bathroom- chip on the left door of cabinet  **completed by trade- June 11/12**

Kitchen- Cabinets - Kitchen & Bathroom- the shelf in the cupboard above the microwave is cracked      **completed by trade- June 11/12**

Kitchen- Cabinets - Kitchen & Bathroom- scratched panel where marked with a "fix it sticker" on the peninsula facing the living room **completed by trade- June 11/12**

Kitchen- Cabinets - Kitchen & Bathroom- upper cabinetry (on valance area near ceiling) far left of stove is      **completed by trade- June 11/12** 

 Kitchen- Cabinets - Kitchen & Bathroom- adjust all cabinets and drawers
  **completed by trade- June 11/12**

Kitchen- Cabinets - Kitchen & Bathroom- counter top is chipped to the left of the stove  **completed by trade- June 11/12**

Still to be repaired on July 6th:

Exterior- Railings - Exterior- balcony railing is scratched Laundry Room- Painting- paint required on wall to the right of the hot water tank
Kitchen- Drywall- bowed wall behind the sink creating a crooked backsplash: Gary will assess & advise the Service Manager Wendy Skyba Master Bedroom- Drywall fix corner bead and paint to the left of the window where the fix it sticker is Main Bathroom- Drywall dark line on wall between the toilet and bathtub where the fix it sticker is Main Bathroom- Electrical- fan doesn't turn on when the switch in the bathroom is flipped on, or the switch outside the bathroom is switched on

I will set up another work order to adjust the cabinets and Liana Hammond of Cartier will call you with a service date. Can you email me a picture of the repair to the counter top with a ruler or tape measure beside it then a picture of the repair without a measurement but standing 5 ft away?

Hi Ramona,

Could you please send me a list of repairs that were completed in my unit today (June 11th)?

I noticed that all cabinets and drawers were not adjusted by Cartier kitchens as requested. Also, they attempted to patch the chip in my countertop, instead of replacing it, which is unacceptable as I expect everything to look new, which is the reason I purchased a new build instead of a resale.  Did they just do this in the interim until they can order and replace the piece of countertop? Please let me know.
