Good Afternoon Jeff;

 

 I have been advise a major plumbing leak to the ceiling of the condo below (39-203) has originated from your bathroom tub. The tub overflow maybe incorrectly connected. We need to get a plumber in today to do a repair to prevent further leaks. If you are not home this afternoon we will have Bayshore Property management give  us entry.
