Hi Wendy,

 

Rita and I came home from the cottage today and discovered a fresh water stain in the ceiling over the living room very close to a sprinkler head. I have checked with people in both 402 and 404, and neither one has had a water issue, and their kitchens are on the opposite end of the condo.

 

I phoned Ramona when we discovered it, but she was away from her phone so I left a message. Please give me your thoughts before the matter gets any worse.
