Hi
Ramona,
Thanks
for the update. I have penciled in the 28th for Gary. I had also
penciled in the 5th of June as per an earlier email. Is that date now
cancelled?
Cartier
have not completed their work. The valance has not been
installed.
Thanks
Phil
PS
If I’m not here when Gary drops off the operators manual tomorrow, pls tell him
to leave it at the door. I don’t want to not get the
manual.

Good
Morning Phil,
I
am so sorry that you didn’t have a copy of the manual for your thermostat; I had
thought Barry had dropped one off to you. Gary can drop off a copy of the
operating manual to you tomorrow (Wed. May 23 am).
I would
like to schedule Gary in to finish up some outstanding repair issues on Mon.May
28th. Gary will arrive between 11am & before
2pm.
Can you
advise me on Cartier Kitchens; I have not received a completed work order from
Cartier; have they completed the necessary repairs?
Regards,
Ramona Gross

Hi
Wendy,
One
of the items that I noted on the letter date 15 April was that we required an
operators manual for the Thermostat. We still have not rec’d the manual, and It
would be nice to be familiar with the air conditioning unit before I turn it on,
and the last couple of days we could have used it.
Thanks
Phil

Hi Phil,
We will send the appropriate work orders out to the trades today. We
will not send any one into your suite unless someone is home so please remind
the trades to remove their boots if they do not do it when they get to the
door.
Regards,
Wendy

39-302 Ferndale concerns to be addressed
Hi
Wendy,
Well, Rita and I are
settling in to our new home, and I think we will be quite comfortable here as
time goes by. Thank you to you and your team for your quick response to our
concerns when we first arrived at the Manhattan.
Now that we are
getting established, there are a few outstanding issues that I feel we need to
correct before they become a problem.
Most of these issues
are minor, but still, they need to be looked after on a timely
basis.
These
include:
- Bath spout in
ensuite bathroom not flowing properly
- Flaws in screen on
patio door
- Ceiling in main
bath near repaired sprinkler need a paint touch up
- Caulking around
bath fixtures
- All windows
extremely difficult to close
- Closet door in
bedroom damaged
- No operators
manual for thermostat
- Adjust cupboard
doors in kitchen and bathrooms
- Both bathroom sink
stops need to be adjusted to hold water
- Baseboard missing
front hall closet
- Caulking on patio
roof not done
- 2 of the 4 screws
holding down the front door threshold are stripped
- a few paint touch
ups required
- paint
overspray/splatter on kitchen cupboards
Could you please let
your trades people know that when they come to our condo they must either remove
their boots or wear booties over their boots to prevent any further scratches on
the hard wood floor.
Please call me if
you have any questions.
Thank
you
Phil
