Hi Wendy,

 

A few observations that I think should be attended to before final inspection so we don't have to put them on the list at that point.

 

The end of the granite that butts up against the pantry (sticks out about an inch past the pantry) will need to be smoothed and polished if its going to be anything like the granite in 39-212. (Granite to be installed in the next few days) I will inspect the granite installation once it has been completed.

 

Cupboard doors in the kitchen will need to be adjusted to be level and flush. The doors will be adjusted prior to the PDI. This is standard procedure.

Cement on floor need to be removed before flooring people come in. The floors will be scraped by us for your installers. The installers may have to add some finishing touches prior to the installation of your flooring as a part of their work, however this is not likely.

 

Paint on crown moulding in kitchen. This will be removed.

 

Keep granite cut out from sink, to be used for a chopping block. I have spoken with the granite company. They will keep the cutout for you however it may not be in one piece and will not have polished edges etc.

 

Bruno did make note of some of these, and I'm sure you are on top of it anyway.
