 I have issued a  work order to repair your suite entry door. I have left a voice message at your home number. The Pratt service Dept. is booking into mid June and I have these dates currently available:  June 14th & 15th  between 11 & 3pm or any day the following week beginning Mon.June 18th.

The boys were here to fix the window Tuesday. Thanks.
 
Steve and an accomplice were here to repair a few things, but there is still an (ongoing) problem with the front door. Both Barry and then Steve this past week tried to free the door from scraping the frame when opening or closing. The fix lasted about a day! Would it be possible to receive another appointment to adjust the door?
