The plumber left about an hour ago. I am testing the drain for leaks. The drain fixture was never tightened when installed.

If you would like to schedule Barry and/or Steve to come by and have a "look see" ... there is substantial water damage to the cabinet, much the same as the MBR bath cabinet that was just repaired weeks ago.
