Heaven forbid, another plumbing leak has developed in my condo. This time under the kitchen sink. I have been keeping my eye on it for sometime now. I emptied the contents under the sink and left the water running for 5-10 minutes. A small leak was visible ... dripping from the bottom of the drain pipe. I would say it is a faulty drain pipe and/or workmanship. The problem is that there is water damage. I would welcome Barry or Steve from Pratt Homes to take a "look" if you like. And we can go from there.

OMG, I must be jinxed! 2x now! Are you aware of anybody else having plumbing problems in their condos? There might be a pattern.

ps; I just today had a call from Barrie Trim about the front entrance door (previous work order). Apparently that is not their worry. The chap told me they were responsible for the interior doors only. He said he would get in touch with you to straighten things out. Ok by me.
