The attachment will have your drywall certificate that you can print out. Save it to a file because at year end you can just sent it by email to  newportamanda@bellnet.ca  This is sent at yearend but it does not have to be an exact year to date. If it is sent in early or 15 months year to date, this certificate will be honoured. I do have the original hard copy and I will mail it to your new condo once Canada Poste starts delivering to Manhattan.

 

As per our conversation I will resend the workorders to the specific trades advising them to call you for key access to do the repairs required. If you have other repairs that you have noticed that were not listed on the PDI start writing them down on your 30 day Form. The warrantable repairs will be completed in a timely manner. However should there be a heating issue, electrical issue or plumbing leak or no hot water call me right away at 705-721-9912. If you call in the evening or on the weekend leave voicemail. I will reply to you promptly.
