As for other warrantable repairs
please submit them on your 30 Tarion Form. They will be addressed at that time
and sent out to the appropriate trades; these trades will call you and arrange
service dates. Please be specific and explain the repairs and locations of these
repairs.
However, I will send a work
order today to Canbarr Mechanical; regarding the toilets. Also one to Yanch
regarding your air.

I would also like to give you my
list of what else needs attention:
Two electrical outlets do not
work.
Jacuzzi is not
working.
Both toilets are not secured
properly to the floor.
Cold air register in 2nd bedroom is
not working.
The floor in that bedroom feels
heated - I have contacted Bayshore but nothing has happened and they have had
this problem in other units.
There is something under the living
room broadloom.
No drywall tape was used on one
wall the ensuite
Two big holes in kitchen drywall,
under cupboards.
Airconditioner at 76F and
constantly running.
Kitchen cupboards are still not
acceptable.
