The furnace guy was just here to inspect my furnace with regards to my excessive dust problem. He said that the furnace and duct work is loaded with drywall dust that would have got there during construction and it needs to be professionally cleaned. He said that my dust issue will not resolve itself and I will continue to have this dust problem until the cleaning is completed. However, he also said that this is not an issue with the furnace supplier.
 
 Since this has been an issue for us since we moved in on April 5th 2012, and I have reported it to you numerous times, I feel that Pratt Homes should be responsible for the clean up of the furnace and duct work. As I said in a previous email to you, the dust is all over everything, the floors, furniture, counter tops and even the beds every single day. Plus, we are breathing this as well.  The daily clean up is a hardship for Roger and I since both of us have physical disabilities, our main reason for buying this condo. Your attention and a reply to this matter would be appreciated.
