Just a reminder that Barrie Carpet was in here about a month ago about replacing the trim around my laminate floor where it meets the kitchen and front hall. They assessed the job and determined it would be replaced but I haven't heard from them since. So the job has not been completed.

I also wanted them to come over and have a look at the flooring throughout my unit as it is not in very good condition and we've only been here for 4 months. Its very dull looking and not attractive.

A more recent problem we are having is a musty smell in the laundry room/main bathroom. I've done everything I can to fix this problem. The bathroom is clean, I've cleaned all the filters on the dryer and washer and I leave the washer door open so that it is always dry in there. You should also note that this same smell is apparent in the garage below us. I have to wonder if the smell isn't coming up into our unit from there poosibly through the drain. Others who live in the building have also noticed the smell in the garage. This type of problem is usually caused from dampness. My bathroom and laundry room are dry and clean.

Your attention to these issues would be appreciated.
