I just have to send along this email to let you know that I am truly
disatisfied and unhappy with my laminate flooring that I have throughout my unit
except for the wet areas. It is very dull, smudgy and gets footprints and
marks easily. Just doesn't look good at all even just after cleaning. I
don't think its a very good quality. My cleaning method is, vacuum,
dust and damp mop with just water, no chemicals. This is what I was told to do
with them. Anything you can do about this?
