I learned from other occupants of the building that the reason for the excessive dust in my unit is likely that the furnace needs to be cleaned. Since it was in its current condition when we took possession of the unit, would it not be Pratt's responsibility at this time, to clean it. It appears to be mostly drywall dust that I'm having a problem with. Your attention to this matter would be appreciated.
