Fyi Sue I have been going the extra mile behind the scene for this homeowner, I have sent out workorders to all trades involved the minute the PDI was available to me. And I have had several trades in today. And TNT lined up for Fri Dec 9 to clean “some sort of a drink stain” in bedroom #2.I have arranged to have Accurate Glass install a 2^nd shelf as a courtesy in the front foyer closet since a shorter shelf was installed an Accurate doesn’t have an angled shelf that will fit in.

I spoke with Mr. earlier today, I advised him I had already sent  the workorders to Binnies requesting crusher run on Tuesday Dec.6th am, I had advised the homeowner that  I requested to have this done asap  before homeowner’s take possession. The only thing I said to homeowner was I can’t make the trade do this right away I can only request this;  which  is what I have done, I do have to give the trade some time. If not done with in five days (Fri. Dec.6) I would call trade again. This homeowner wanted it done this morning because he had been speaking to our laborer on site who said it was no problem and would be done right away. Of course I didn’t get that information a few days ago.

You completed a Pre Delivery Inspection with Bruno on your home at 279 Johnson St. Barrie. One of the issues you were concerned with was the front foyer closet shelf did not extend fully from interior closet wall to the opposite interior closet wall. Our supplier doesn’t install a shelf that would require an angled side. So with this particular shaped closet the shelf is squared off just before the angled wall.

 

However as a courtesy they would install a second shelf above the existing shelf to give you more shelf space. Would like to have this done? Please advise with an email reply to service@pratthomes.ca or by phone to 705-721-9912 the Pratt Hansen Service Department.
