Hi Ramona,
 
My tenant called me today and told me that she got splashed by hot soup that was on the stove when the fan fell. What can be done to expedite the repair of this defect. We spoke about this prior to the holidays and it should not take this long. The company that is responsible for this has not called either of our cell phones to arrange a repair date.
 
Please help me resolve this problem as soon as possible.
