No problem reguarding the explanation. My tenents feel that because they are family I am taking advantage of them and not having the items done in a timely fashion, so hopefully they can be done within a decent time frame. About a range.. the overhead range hood (exhaust fan) that has a fan blade falling off and resting on the filter is the problem. I have pushed it back in place myself and watched it fall out again within 10 minutes.

Pleaase add these items onto the list, they were also on the orginal list from September.
