First off, I would like to thank you for sending repair crews to my house to fix some of the items on the list however, I was not aware that they were coming. The service rep. for Abbey Doors did not give a time only that it would be on Mon Aug 27th between 8:30 & 4pm. I believe they can do the repairs without anyone having to be home.

 

Unfortunately our service man didn’t make it to your home, he had confused the paper work as he was doing a repair at 279 Johnson and didn’t realize I was trying to squeeze in the extra service call. I apologize for this inconvenience and I would have called to advise you of this situation; if I knew our service man had run into a problem.

 

The soonest I can book you in is Mon.Sept.10th or Tues Sept. 11th between 12 & 4pm.

 

Please confirm which day will work best for your tenant. Also can you email your tenant’s name & contact information to me? That way I can call if there is a problem or change in service dates. Sometimes we have cancellations or reschedules and I can move other homeowner’s repair dates up.

Hope all is well. I have not heard back from you regarding the towel rack and toilet paper holders. I was hoping to have an answer back from now. Also, have you heard back from the garage door company? and as of 4:50 pm the guy who was to investigate the water in the basement issue has not arrived and you mentioned that it would be from 2-5pm.
