Hi Ramona,
Hope you are doing
well.
We recently sold this condo (due to Close in November) and during the
Purchaser's inspection, they found that an electrical socket in the Master
bedroom was installed with reverse polarity. The new Owners would feel
better if an electrician handled this, and given that it was installed this way
by Pratt, we felt it best to contact you to get this resolved. The
property is currently uninhabited but given that it is SOLD, I would prefer to
meet your service guy at the property. According to the Real Estate Agent,
we unfortunately need to have this item fixed by no later than Wednesday,
October 24th and we wondered whether you could please help us out in this
regard.
